Capital one auto finance dealer payoff address I am trying to find the phone number so I can obtain a loan payoff for one of my clients on a vehicle that she has traded in. Her auto loan in through Cap One NA. It seems to be a diffrent payoff phone number than the regular Capitol One payoff hotline. Any help would be greatly appriceated. THX

Try to get them at 800.227.3863. At a very minimum, they should be able to find the right department. This is a dealer services number for Capital One.
Your best bet would be to ask someone at the general number for the car loan number. You\’ll need the loan number from documents she should have on file. They can\’t (or it may take a long time) without the number. If she has the payment book, it should be on it. Otherwise, it\’s a needle in a haystack.
Ask her what the customer service phone number is on the back of her card.
